My husband and my daughter spent the night in this hotel on their way back from NY state. This was the first time in Hot Springs. We booked the room ahead of time and looking at the internet, thought it would be a nice hotel. It was a nightmare. The hotel smelled bad, customer service unfriendly and uncaring. Worse than that, my daughter woke up with bedbug bites. When my husband told the front desk, they didn't care at all. They said it was the worst experience they have ever had in any hotel. Do not stay here!! |

| Horrible Staff and Rooms |

When we got there the door wouldn’t shut properly, the refrigerator was on defrost and no one let us know that, so we had to wait an extra hour for our drinks to get cold. The bed was broken and held up on 2 by 4's. The pool and hot tub had so much chlorine that you couldn’t even breathe. The staff was rude and only gave us two extra towels when we asked (We had 6 people!) Everything in the hotel was run down and didn't look anything like the pictures!! It was horrible. I don't recommend anyone staying there!!! |
