Chris Cafe Chris Cafe off of Church Ave is close to the convention center. They have decent food (especially deserts), reasonalby priced, friendly and are super helpful as to how to get around town.

Desert Museum is a Must! If you only do 1 thing in Tucson, the Desert Museum is it.

Desert Museum Just southwest of Tucson is the best desert museum we have seen. The grounds are beautifully laid out with the many ecosystems of the southwest represented. The highlight of the visit for us was the free flight of the hawks accompanied by commentary from the ranger. This should be a 'don't miss' visit, but try to choose one of the few overcast days or wait until the late fall, winter, or early spring to avoid the very high temperatures.
