When my family and I arrived we were greated to a substandard room along with the overwhelming smell of urine at the pool. Much to our dismay, when my son tried to get out of the pool he actually put his hand in feces, yes feces. We were naturally outraged and contacted the General Manager John Cousins to receive our money back and leave immediately (we had only been at the hotel for less than 1 hour.) He said the "buck stops with him" and he will not give our money back without keeping a cancellation fee of $30, or he could have someone spray off the sides of the pool for us." Is he CRAZY!! Spray the feces and urine where?? Back into the pool I suppose. Anyway taking this further will be a pleasure. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The Radisson, less than blocks away can accomadate at a wonderful level for the exact same price!!!
