Great service all-around
I stayed at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort with my wife in mid-August. It was fabulous all around we really liked the service and every staff member was very friendly and helped us any way they could.
I would definitly go back!!! Their summer special was also very affordable, we got to eat for free basically!!!

An Oasis in the Desert
The Scottsdale Plaza Resort is a great getaway. The grounds are unbelievable. They just got new beds and carpet that really updated the resort. We've stayed there for years and it's only getting better.

Nice, but not cohesive
During the stay, the main pool, hot tubs, and bar were unavailble to guests because they were reserved for use by a private party. These features were a deciding factor in making the decision to stay there. When leaving they tried to charge us $10 extra dollars per day for 'amenities'. This was totallly unacceptable.
