We chose to stay at this hotel on the first night of our honeymoon as it was close to the church. We were very pleased with the front desk staff, cleanliness of the hotel grounds and the room itself. The contintental breakfast was good, hot food was hot, and cold food cold. We enjoyed sitting on the patio while eating breakfast as it was cool, quiet, and there were a variety of birds to watch. We would visit this hotel again in the future.

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The premises were dirty, the advertised amenties were not available, and the staff was rude. When our electronic card failed to work at 10pm, we were informed that no master key existed and they would have to break the window to let us in. We were then left to pack our belongings, along with three children and move to another room in a unit two buildings down. Hotel.com was paid in advance and after our experience they did NOTHING to help us out! We will never stay at Hotel Waterfront Ivy or use Hotel.com EVER!!!
