We came to the Phoenix area last June to allow my wife to get into the Mayo Clinic. After staying a week at another place of lodging, the clinic was not finished checking out my wife. We started looking for something in the area & found the Hampton Inn on Shea Blvd. We were not in the area for a fun time, but the Hampton Inn made us feel that everything would be alright. We certainly are much appreciative of the way that we were treated & the area where the Hampton Inn is located. We found all we could do & take in within a few blocks & were sorry when we actually had to check out & go home. A footnote: my wife is much better & Mayo & Hampton was just what we needed at this time in our life.
