We checked in and at first I thought the room was ok. It did smell a little funny but it wasnt bad. After settling in my husband was laying on the bed watching TV and the tv kept bringing up the close captioned but it was in random symbols and in different areas of the tv and we messed with the remote and made sure the closed captioning was off and it was. So we decided to just deal with it and my husband was laying on the bed and just glanced over and notice a huge dried blood spot on the pillow. It was disgusting! I called the front desk about the pillow and the tv and the attendant said he would come up. He did and handed me a new pillow and said sorry and wasnt sincere. He came in unplugged the TV and plugged it back in and said he didnt know why it was doing it and left. I appreciate him saying sorry but at least be sincere it was BLOOD!. So the next morning I went to get in the shower and they have no hot water so i waited and tried again still no hot water. I mentioned it to my husband and he said the night before there was no hot water either. I even turned it all the way to hot and it was ice cold. So between the bloody pillow and no hot water I wouldnt recommend this motel to my worst enemy. I understand it is a super 8 so my expectations were high but i expected to not have blood on my bedding.

New destination for residents of Phoenix If you live in far North Phoenix,Prescott valley and Tim's Toyota center is a great place to relax and see a great show. You already have to drive 45 minutes to go to downtown Phoenix for entertainment (Dodge theatre, etc) And then it takes another 30 minutes to get out of their expensive parking garages,(if there is a game at B0B also,then you can count on sitting and waiting in traffic for 45 more minutes).Instead,you can go to Prescott valley,it takes about an hour to get there,after the show you can get out of their parking lot in about 10 min (Free Parking),and if you wish,stay at the Super 8 and be relaxed with your feet up within 15 minutes after the show.
