Means well, but doesn't run well

It started out to be somewhat ok. The weekly rate is $220.00, not worth it. You can not have visitors at all. The rooms are "u get what u get" sort of thing. The cooling system is poor, the bathtub, sink, and toilets are backed up. The maintenance is not professional and very poor. Other than that, the parking lot is pretty clean.
