From the time I checked in until I left, the staff at the Pointe made me feel I was the most important guest they had ever had! From the front desk staff, to the basket of fruit that arrived the first night with a wonderful note from the staff who checked me in, to the room service to the easy in room checkout. While I was not able to go back in the summer of 2004, I am looking forward to another weekend getaway this summer and the Point Hilton Tapatio Cliffs is my first and only choice!

Top Local Tips for Phoenix

Things to do. Go horseback riding in the mountains. We took a two hour ride in the mountains and it was wonderful. We also went to the Goldfield Ghost Town. That was interesting. The museums in Phoenix are good. We saw the Body Works exhibit while were there.

Outlet Malls Good Outlet Malls: Arizona Mills, Outlets at Anthem. Skip Factory stores in Mesa.

getting around I think if you stay here you really need to have your own vehicle as the resort is pretty isolated.
