Computers were down on arrival, so had to wait 20 minutes to check in. Room look good but at 8.30 pm loud pressurise noise was heard from the back of the wall. It took 30 minutes for the maintenance engineer to arrive, and he advised that the noise was coming from the service duct and was likely to go onto midnight. No alternative rooms were available, but after much complaining the staff suddenly managed to find a room for us.
