At check in was just given two sets of keys, wasn't told anything about the complex. Outside of door many spider/bug webs, the apartment smelled like dirty diapers, the carpet was dirty, some of the towels looked like someone had washed the floor with them, they were dingy gray. The bathroom floors had smashed bugs on them & the carpet had numerous pieces of stuff and spilled spots on it. The fridge smelled like old salad dressing. Overall, it was dirty.

All of the Olive Grove Staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and grounds were neat and nicely maintained. My one complaint was the cleanliness of the apartment. The carpet was dirty and mirrors were not cleaned (i.e. greasy handprints, spatters) before we checked in.
