Poor customer care - check your reservation

In January of 2009, my wife made reservations at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass for the 4th of July so that our kids could watch the Fireworks display across the street. As Sheraton had a special, these reservations were confirmed and changed to the special price in May of 2009. Supposed to have 2 double beds, non-smoking, overlooking the parking lot (good view of the Fireworks).
July 4th arrived and they had given out our room. Their response -- so what if you have two disappointed children, we have 1500 people in our pool right now.
Maid walking into room

I allready wrote a review but didnt see it listed. I rent a motel 1 night per year on my birthday and this year i picked your motel. Friendly check-in, clean room and pool..problem with coffee machine but that was fine. At 9:15 am a maid walked right into my room without knocking. I was on a phone call. she had me get off the bed and clear all my items because she said she had to take the sheets. She also took all of the towels(a shower would have been nice)I told her I didnt think check out time was until 11 am she just replied"I need to take the sheets" and proceeded to take them..This was a big invasion of privacy and I immediately got my things together and left the room. I have never had anyone barge into my room like this before when it wasnt even check-out time yet.
