Great Salmon Three places to find great salmon in Juneau. Taku Fish Store on South Franklin Street. The Twisted Fish Restaurant for cedar plank salmon. The Taku Lodge for great open fire barbeque salmon.
Places to eat and not eat Twisted Fish: Seasonal! But they hosted a business function for our group and it was great... but closes down at the end of September. The Hanger: WAY overrated.. more than one resident said it was a "must eat" but it was absolutely horrible... bad food, rude people, dirty, etc.
