Crab Shack Great King Crab in any variation. Doesn't look like much but give it a chance. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time because the wait can sometimes be long...its that good!

Must do's Avoid late August if you do not like rain, although the shops get ready to close for the seasons so the sales are up to 75% off. Tracy Arm tour (bring food,it's a long trip). Bring a really good camera, zoom lens a must. Go early in the AM, before the tour buses, to Mendenhall if you want to see bears; hike everywhere you can, get a trail map and use it. If you are not the outdoorsy type, stay in town and shop (not much else to do). If you are really adventurous, hike the west loop, you do not need a guide and you will get to see the ice caves. Only do this if you are experienced, it can be dangerous, otherwise book a glacier guide.
