Snow Dogs Paradise If you like dogs, that is the perfect place to enjoy them, we arrive to Alaska at the end of April, we missed for a few days the opportunitty to share more time seeing dogs, snow dog rides and the March dog race. If you´re planning a trip to Alaska to see the snow dogs world, do it in March or not late than mid April !!!

Downtown area We found not a lot in the downtown area, there was a very good visitor centre and a few souvenir shops and restaurants but it seems that the supermarkets, drug stores etc are located in the suburbs, this is a little inconvenient if you just want to pick up toiletries etc.
