Cheap doesn't begin to describe this place. Most of the rooms are inhabited by 'residents' who apparently are unemployed. The hot water gets shut off (put on 'standby') every afternoon. The towels are permanently stained. The bed covering hasn't been washed in ages (goobery stains abound). The TV buttons are broken off. Everything is nailed down. The local police pays almost daily visits to break up the domestic disputes. Not a winner. Stay away!
