I booked this hotel through priceline.com for $47.00 per night (it's not worth 47 cents per night!!!). It was rated as a 2-star hotel when it is in fact a 0-star hotel/motel. The smoke alarm had been stolen (wires hung from where it used to be), every afternoon there were about 9-10 shirtless Hispanic men leering at me from the second and third floor balconies. There was no continental breakfast as advertised due to a recent visit by the Health Department. The motel...not hotel...is located in one of the seediest parts of Montgomery (Southern Blvd) within walking distance of a huge truck stop/ prostitute hangout and two of the worst housing projects in Montgomery (Smiley Court and Young Forte Village). I was awakened from a dead sleep at 4:30 a.m. by loud knocking on my door the first night. The peephole was so dirty that all I could see was a white female with long stringy hair. I assumed that it was the female from the front office waking me up to warn me about a possible fire at the motel since there was no smoke alarm in my room. Instead it was a prostitute/meth addict looking for "some friends" she had partied with the night before. I told her she had the wrong room and quickly slammed my door when I realized who/what she was. I was unable to fall back asleep afterwards. I did not want to stay at this hellhole, but as I am on a budget I did not want to lose almost $200. Whatever you do, do not stay at this motel. It is not a 2-star hotel; it is an absolute $#@!hole of a place and I have only been there for 1 night!!! The picture on the hotels.com website for this hellhole is not the correct picture. There is no sign showing the name of this place, there is only a huge white banner hanging on the front of the registration building. I will never use priceline.com for a hotel room ever again. This place is horrible; if you value your life, please stay away!!!
