They screwed up the room reservation, had an attitude when I needed to change it (to a non-smoking) and when I left an article in the room accidentally, they insisted I pick it up personally! I live over 4 hours from the hotel (hence the reservation). It has been two weeks of hassle, and they still have the lost item. Don't stay here.
