I do not know what happened with this hotel since our previous visit in spring 2004, but this trip was a disaster. We were on a group of 16 visiting EWTN. The rooms looked as though they had not been thoroughly cleaned in who knows how long. We were allotted one bath towel, one hand towel, and one face cloth, every day we had to call begging for extra towels. The coffee and cups were not replenished unless we asked. They ran out of most breakfast of the breakfast buffet by 8:20, and we had to go to the desk manager to get food. Worst of all my roommate was 76 years old, and a couple others had problems and used walkers. All our rooms were upstairs, and they would not move those truly in need of downstairs accommodations. It became evident the lower level rooms were eventually given to a whole group of people selling different wares from their rooms - flea market type situation. We will be returning, a couple times a year as well as helping others arrange pilgrimages. I cannot imagine ever using the facility again.

Do not stay at the Rime Garden on Beacon Drive this place is very run down and all the rooms have a strange smell. Our room the dishwasher was half hanging out.

Sleep, Park & Fly Package We ended up staying at the Best Western Airport. The staff was wonderful, our car was parked there for 7 days and was safe! The gentleman that picked us up was super helpfull and very nice.

Music Fest in the Summers Don't remember what the music festival is actually called but I caught a few shows in the downtown last time I was there. Great public music scene!! Love the downtown area at night too!
