We had reservations for a Queen Nonsmoking room but when we arrived it smelled very strong with smoke and we had to move to an upper floor room which is dificult with artritic knees and bad back. Morning continental breakfast was taken down even thought there was plenty food and guest waiting in line to get their breakfast. One guest was refused a fork to eat with by employee. We will NOT go there again.
