| Terrible Experience |

I do not know what happened with this hotel since our previous visit in spring 2004, but this trip was a disaster. We were on a group of 16 visiting EWTN. The rooms looked as though they had not been thoroughly cleaned in who knows how long. We were allotted one bath towel, one hand towel, and one face cloth, every day we had to call begging for extra towels. The coffee and cups were not replenished unless we asked. They ran out of most breakfast of the breakfast buffet by 8:20, and we had to go to the desk manager to get food. Worst of all my roommate was 76 years old, and a couple others had problems and used walkers. All our rooms were upstairs, and they would not move those truly in need of downstairs accommodations. It became evident the lower level rooms were eventually given to a whole group of people selling different wares from their rooms - flea market type situation.
