When we arrived the room I had called to reserve was not available. The water park was partially closed for remodel, which was not disclosed over the phone. We went into town for dinner, and we returned the night desk person stopped me and asked me if we had even paid yet for our room. Later when we were going to the TV room, he again stopped me to ask me if I had paid, which I had done upon check in. Later, I asked him about wakeup calls, as we had to be at the airport at 5 am, and he asked me "If you already paid, then why do want to leave so early?" Staff was overall rude and unprofessional.
