Late Night Snack Drive into town about 10 minutes away and get some ice cream!
Troncones - things to do Surfing: Saladita and the Ranch (half hour drive north) --- Yoga: Present Moment (Natalie is great) --- Massage - Peter and Natalie both rock. -- Food - Roberto's has the best strong mango margaritas and steaks (get the Vacio cut). Burro Buracho has great fresh Red Snapper - get the fish filet either with garlic butter or Veracruz style (tomato vegetable sauce) GELATO - Cafe Sol is the best for a coffee and homemade ice cream! -- CAVE- hike to the cave about 15 minutes north on the dirt road (ask for directions). It's a 20 minute hike uphill but a HUGE cavern and totally worth it. There's also an old zipline abandoned up there. MONEY - get pesos in Zihua or at the Airport before going to Troncones. Troncones gives you a bad exchange rate (current official rate is 13 pesos to $1 but in Troncones they gave us 10 pesos to $1). But they do take dollars everywhere. Some places take credit cards, like all the restaurants.
