Rude. Although hotel is very nice, service is really poor. They say they have a "high class hotel" but it's more a events facility for weddings and meetings. When we stayed there, there was a group at the same time: people yelling at 12.30 at night "emergency!",, and having breakfast right next to the dorms at 7.30 next morning.. No rest at all...
Pools are very bad, unclean. Towels with spots,,,and 4 of 5 lights didn't work!. I spoke to the owner and his response was more than hilarious...."this is not for "ordinary" people!!".... "this is one of the top five hotels".... with this in mind, this guy would never improve his hotel business.
