Top Local Tips for San Felipe

Drink the margaritas not the wine & eat the stuffed peppers A good margarita is less than a glass of wine at the Baja Mar on the Malecon. But at least the wine is decent here - it wasn't at the El Nido - and was a smaller pour. We've eaten at the Baja Mar and it's neighbor, the Taco Factory several times - no complaints - but do try the shrimp stuffed peppers at the Taco Factory. Yum! and not spicy. Patty's on the Malecon - one of several small eateries on the same "plaza" - was good. The others here may be good too - but didn't try them - we lived Patty's and it was closer to the water

Be Safe Be safe. If you have kids keep close eye on them

Bajamar restaurant - awesome! Eat at the Bajamar restaurant along the ocean promenade. It is absolutely awesome. Eric and Jonathon (our waiters) were so friendly and helpful. Awesome location and food at reasonable prices!
