We arrived and were given our wrist bands and glasses of champagne. As we were driven to our room on a golf buggie we knew we'd made the right choice for our honeymoon. Super sevice, no kids, great food, nice gym,ace cocktails, fab pool and because we went in October the hotel was only 25% occupied so lots of space and peace and quiet. Only slight down side was the lagoon (man made)beach, it wasn't really worth bothering with. It did rain a couple of days but it didn't matter at all as we went into the indoor pool and sipped drinks in the jacuzzi! We had a couple of treatments in the beauty salon and these were good-I tipped. We tipped often but never felt pressured to. The staff really went out of their way to look after you. It was real all inclusive-no extra charges at all. I'm sure we'll return but we will probably spend some time at one of the other Palace hotels in the area for a change of scene. You won't regret going here.
