A really great place!

I absolutely loved this place! It's literally right on the sand of the ocean, the rooms have their own little kitchen it's like being in an apartment. The palms give great shade and the fresh seafood being sold outside is delicious! Definitely a great place to stay.

This is not a fancy hotel for fancy people who want to be spoiled. But neither is it dirty or scary in any way whatsoever, and in the off-season it's relaxed and quiet. If you can get a room on the main floor at the front, the high tide is literally 50 feet from your front door, in a section of the beach that never seems to get crowded even on weekends. Mature palms provide shade. You can literally cook your own dinner (the fresh local foods are out of this world) and eat it in privacy right on the beach. Ridiculously cheap rates. Note: Try to speak some Spanish and be nice to the staff, because this place can afford to turn down/evict guests who act like jerks. I've seen it happen...

Lousy Service and dirty rooms

A terrible hotel. There is no resident manager. We had no clean towels for three days and even then we had to ask for them. The hotel garbage sits in the parking lot and gets taken away by the owner only once a week. The frigde was starting to rust. The pots and pans were way too big ! We shall never return. A dump !!!

Staff bends over backwards to please. great location. Needs to upgrade their kitchen facilities. HUGE pots and pans..Limited amount of dishes. No casserole or bowls.No hot water in kitchen or sink in bathroom. Nowhere to hang your clothes . No dresser or closet. Beautiful ocean view. Abit far from everything, but quieter part of beautiful beach. np
