Room #7 upstairs is the largest; has 3 double beds w a large private patio (half shaded & half exposed). The down-side is that the bathroom is very small. There is hot water, but you have to wait about a full minute or two for it warm up.
There is now a Corral del Conde II located just a half a block down the street. We stayed there one night and it was very nice - better bathroom setup and has queen-size bed options.
Price: affordable (came out to about $10 per person per night for our group)
Food: The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are two good ones right down the block.
Comment: the hotel & town in general are NOT wheelchair friendly
This place is worth visiting! Incredibly unique - depending on your sense of adventure, I would say that a 2 1/2 or 3 day visit is sufficient. There are 2 cathedrals, a lot of vendors and shops to check out, and hiking and/or horse-back riding options to get up the mountain to see the mine ruins.
(I am from Illinois, USA, but live in Mexico as a missionary; am pretty fluent in Spanish, which obviously helped.)
