Skip the Typical tourist excursions. Use the local people and services. We typically go with the "security" of an excursion,but here, we went 100% local, excursion free. We snorkeled for half price and twice as long when compared to the resort. We spent an entire day at Yelapa using the local transportation. The resort offers much more expensive tours that last only a couple of hours.
