Worst two weeks of my life

No amenities, no services, no English spoken. Noisy as hell, kids running around screaming until 10 pm. Constuction work going on under us. Manager Enciso either does not speak English or refuses to. Ants and mice in the unit and nothing was done. This is not a hotel it is a 3rd rate condo complex with a few units to rent. Absolutely no concern for the comfort of the guest or desire that they return. No maid service, no bar, no restaurant, no gym, no sauna, no internet, absolutely nothing!
