No amenities, no services, no English spoken. Noisy as hell, kids running around screaming until 10 pm. Constuction work going on under us. Manager Enciso either does not speak English or refuses to. Ants and mice in the unit and nothing was done. This is not a hotel it is a 3rd rate condo complex with a few units to rent. Absolutely no concern for the comfort of the guest or desire that they return. No maid service, no bar, no restaurant, no gym, no sauna, no internet, absolutely nothing!

Top Local Tips for Puerto Vallarta

Know where you are going! The airport is very confusing, too many people, timeshare sellers. Have a pick up waiting for your plane.

Arriving dont' get sucked in by the sales guy at the desk, they will promise you all kinds of stuff like free tours and bottles of booze if you go to a time share presentation, it's not worth it as it take the whole day!!!
