While sitting in your ugly and cheap looking room, you listen to the yells and your walls and door banging as the locals who are staying beside you party it up til dawn. my neighbour's door was kicked in and their stuff strewn down the hall. The meals were fair, certainly nothing special at all, merely cooked food. the beaches were a sore spot for me, literally. No hope of getting a chair near a pool unless you ran out at the crack of dawn, the beach chairs had no padding and were filthy. Would never stay here again.

Best Tour Agent in the area Go to Scott's Tours in Bucerias (1/2 hour north of Puerto Vallarta) for all your tour needs. Great advice, english spoken (Scott is a wonderful ex-pat American who understands Canadians), no time-share hype, and BEST PRICES POSSIBLE. Contact him at

Bus Always take the bus to the Malecon, it's a lot cheaper!
