The Motel Carmelita is not meant to be a luxurious spa resort. It is what it is-a motel. The staff is awesome, rooms are super clean with ac, cable, and a nice clean bathroom. The location is a short drive from the beach and walking distance from taco vendors as well as awesome Mexican ice cream and popsicle places. I have stayed there at least three times, and I am always happy with my experience. Oh, and it's amazingly inexpensive!
