Me and my girlfriend just came back from a wonderful stay in Playa del Carmen. After recommendations by some people we met we stayed at the Playa Palms Beachfront Hotel. The hotel is of that kind which makes you feel you wanna come back. Back home we tried to come up with some bad things about the hotel but we couldn´t. Its location (just by the beach and not far off from the main shopping street), the professional and helpful staff, its design and interior and good rates makes it hard to beat. There is a special atmosphere among the staff and guests at Playa Palms. We can´t really describe it further, but you get a good vibe from this place, that´s for sure! You see a lot of friendly faces and it´s not hard to meet new contacts and friends. The beach is like one step away from the pool (which is also really nice, not like the boring square ones) and the view we had from our balcony: Postcard! We will definitively come back to Playa Palms.
