After a long trip in Mexico, i spend my last days in Playa del Carmen at Posada Freud. The rooms are nice and the location is great! If you dont mind music, you must stay in this hotel!

sharky's bar Sharky's bar is off a side street and is one of the few bars that the beer is always COLD!! fun combination of tourists and locals hand out at this bar. Good for a one or two drink stop off

Fire Dancers I was much pleased when i wandered down to the beach around 11pm one night to find one of the hotels having a performance of fire dancers! They were beautiful and exciting.

Xel-ha Water Park I found that an afternoon becomes very short when trying to see everything available at Xel-Ha. There is so much to do and see it seems to me that it cannot be done in a few short hours. For my next trip down I am allocating a whole day so I can take my time and see all there is to see.
