beach packed like sardines Get to the beach early and stake out a spot. By noon the beaches are packed with sun bathers. If you want a quiet day on the beach don't go here.

Airport Bus Service $8 per person one-way on comfortable, air-conditioned 45-minute bus trip between the Cancun airport and Playa Del Carmen bus station. Take a right after leaving customs and keep walking past the main terminal.
