We stayed there with other family visitors, so we had two rooms. Both lower rooms were a bit dark but comfortable.The price makes up for a lot and having been in many hotels in Mexico, it was above average. You can walk to everything and there are some nice restaurants around the square. We live in Mexico full time and this was not our first trip to Patzcuaro, a town we really enjoy. We took family members with us and they enjoyed it as well.
