I arrived at the hotel with a friend on the 13th of October, at about 6 am in the morning, tired after 6 hours bus ride from Mexico city. The young man who opened the door charged me $350 a night. I asked him whether it was ok for my friend to stay with me. He told me the price would be the same for both of us in one room.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. My friend was planning to stay with me on my last night in Oaxaca. But when he arrived at the hotel, he was stopped and asked to pay an additional $100 for staying with me. As they insisted, my friend just paid it.

I like the hotel, good location, and reasonable price. But what they did to my friend was really unacceptable !!!

Please double check with them before deciding to stay there. What you heard today might be different tomorrow.
