This is a wonderful older hotel. Very clean but not much luxury. Towels are thinning and no wash cloths, but that is pretty common everywhere, but the US.

Right in the heart of Muzquiz, this place has a very nice ambiance, with a large courtyard and plenty of trees and space around the hotel. The family that owns and operates it speak very little English, but were very patient with our poor Spanish. They provided a fridge and microwave for us since we had three little kids. They even moved the beds everyday to be able to do a thorough cleaning.

Our neighbors somehow got food cooked for them, but the owners gave us blank looks when we asked about "comida". Maybe we just didn't make ourselves understood, so we can't comment on the food.

Some of the folks there were on business and were staying for several months. Must be a good place for the long run as well.
