We stayed in this hotel only six months ago. Service was fantastic, and the rooms were clean. The staff was fast and friendly to bring what you needed right away. Last week we stayed here, and there was water leaking from the toilet. No toilet paper in the bathroom. When we called for toilet paper none came. They would not give the remote for the television without security deposit even though we paid with a credit card. The same with the key. We will give the hotel a chance again sometime, but will have other plans in case things do not change.
