Depends on what you like. This hotel is in the middle of el Centro. A great Location close to everything that is charming about Morelia; however due to its location it is very loud--the traffic noise runs all day into the night. There are generally fireworks in the morning especially on weekends. Inside the hotel is noisy too. Good things: Hotel is clean; great location; free wireless internet in the lobby; rooms are secure;

Top Local Tips for Morelia

Transportation to Airport Traffic in the Morelia area is extremely congested. In the early morning hours a cab to the airport will take 30-45 minutes. If later in the day, allow at least an hour to get to the airport. Do not know if there is public transportation to the airport. A cab was 250 pesos ($25.00) and well worth the expense. The aiirport is in the countryside with no major highway access.
