Worst Experience Ever

I have a long list! The worst parking lot I have ever seen (we had to park at the street one day, becuase the parking lot was full), extremely bad customer service, rude personnel, etc. I booked the hotel online for a room for 4 people, paid in advance, and when I got there, they told me I had to pay extra, because the system had something wrong and they have only considered two people in the room. They wanted me to pay $200 more for the extra people, and when I told them I was not willing to pay that much, they told me a cheaper option would be to get an extra room for $98 for the whole stay (four days), which I found very cheap, and I asked them, are sure is $98 for the whole stay, and they "YES, It is cheaper than adding people in the other room!!". I confirmed this twice with two different people at the reception, and they said YES, all I had to pay was $98. Then when we checked out they wanted me to pay $500 dollars, and they said I had missunderstood. The manager was extremely rude, and not customer-oriented at all. He just kept staring at me and saying it was a missunderstanding, he did not even apologize!! He told me all he could do is give a 15% discount. By far the worst experience ever! The only good thing is that the city was beautiful.
