I travel a lot on business. In fact, I've stayed in at least a dozen different hotels in Mexico City alone. I was driving in from Queretaro and have the opportunity to make advanced internet reservations. This was the only hotel in that area that had a reasonable walk-in rate. Considering the price, I really wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. Overall the hotel was comparable in quality with many of the higher priced facilities in the area. My main complaint was that the WiFi was reliable only in or near the lobby. That is typical in a lot of hotels in Latin America as well as in the US. Many of them charge extra for their unreliable signal. At the Parque, at least it was free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel as a good value for price.

This is basically a horrible hotel. The restaurant has terrible food, and they are very stingy on room service. They refused to send up extra towels. The internet access is just a wireless router on the lobby floor, and it's slow on the higher floors. They don't have key cards, but a key attached to a HUGE keychain. The elevators are 5 feet long, and 2-3 feet wide. They rate themselves at four stars, but that isn't true. The single-bed rooms don't have climate control, but a fan. The shower is separate from the toilet and sink. The safe deposit box is easy to lock and never open again without paying an extra fee. Basically, this hotel is just a bed and breakfast, and nothing better. There are far better hotels in the area. There is a Best Western a few blocks from this hotel, and several great hotels in the Mexican Federal District.

Terrible bathrooms/restrooms terrible restaurant and service, terrible elevators, terrible hotel TODO HORRIBLE!!!
