I have been to the hotel three times I believe and intend returning again twice later in this year 2005. Prices are comfortable for a retired person. The attention of staff at the desk was polite and competent at all times. Rooms were clean and well serviced. My one complaint over a room was immediately resolved and I was so impressed. The hotel is conveniently placed near the Zocolo and this makes it ideal for all movements around the city. Taxi to and from the airport was quick and very convenient, drivers always polite and attentive. Dining room service needs a bit of a attention as does the menu. It needs an update. Hope to be back there in July. Thanks for the chance to express myself.
