The hotel is rather modest, but its location is excellent. In five minutes walking you are in Reforma street, the very center. The room was clean, I tipped every day (a little) and had a nice room service. I can't say anything about the food as I didn't eat at the hotel.

I only didn't like it when they asked for the deposit for a remote control. I had to operate mainly the TV in my room. I travel a lot, and I have never been asked for the deposit for a remote control.

There was no refrigarator in the room, though in the ads they do say their rooms have refrigarators.

In general, I can recommend the hotel to those who want to save money.

Bring your bodyguard We were advised NOT to walk around the streets of Mexico City after dark, but we did, without incident. One of our company was a young man with a burly build and a confident stride, and we felt he would ward off any possible approach of danger. We're glad we were able to stroll around Mexico City after dark.

Mexico city hotel Prim The prices are already included with our flight. The hotel itself was ok. The sheets though were stained and so were the pillow cases. We stayed at the 3rd floor by the street view side. Cars were passing non-stop and honking horns would wake me up or people partying in the wee hours you could also hear. We pretty much walked everywhere. Taxis tend to cost too much. We ate on the streets which were a whole lot better than the food at the hotel which was triple the price.
