The worst hotel experience of our holiday

This hotel is overpriced and dull and the food is very poor and overpriced. However the main problem was that the receptionist lied to us and tried to cheat us out of the value of a trip to Teotihuacan. This was not a misunderstanding as he told us when the trip would leave etc, but in fact all we had done was pay for the room. We complained to the management at the time and they ignored us. Since then we have written four times and they have done nothing other than acknowledge the first. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL>
