| Great Beach & Service |

As a timeshare owner, we buy our own food and beverages, the bar service for ice etc. is exceptonal. The beach is the longest sandiest beach we have found in Mexico. Staff members are so very helpful and curtious. |

| We had good time |
|
We were surprised, yes, older hotel, great prices, good staff, terrific beach for just small tips service to the beach. Tony’s group gave good tours reasonably priced entertainers tried hard to do a good job food was fine warm buns at breakfast toast delivered to table ,personally made omelets or egg dishes. We got more than we paid for or expected. |

| Deplorable food & services |
|
Great location on the beach but - the food was atrocious. Husband and I violently ill on different days. Pool not heated. Elevators didnt work 1/2 the time, hot water hit and miss, toilets didn't flush and maids didn't always restock bathrooms. Management was not helpful. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would never return. |
