Good deal, great staff

My wife and I stayed at Los Arcos a total of five nights. The staff was super, friendly and helpful in every way. We arrived very early in the morning, two hours before the office was to open, but the night crew immediatly and graciously opened our room and got us settled in. Our 2nd floor, ocean front rooms were clean and comfortable. When the AC quit the 2nd night we were immediatly offered another identical room (unnecessary in our case, the weather was quite to our liking without the AC.) The hotel is coveniently located an easy walk to excellent resturants, bars, shopping, etc. We recommend it and plan on returning this summer (2008)
