I just returned from a week at the Plaza Tucanes and had a very nice time. The hotel was clean, good service was provided and the staff were very helpful, courteous and cooperative, especially one of the staff members by the name of Salvador (Chivas). English is very limited but everyone tried. I did not like all the stairs but they were a good workout. |
