Well I do not have much to say for a 4 star I was truly disappointed with our stay. The food was awful the Bar service was okay the Staff did not seem friendly. Our tour guide did everything to stay away. Would I return to your resort no and I would discourage any one to go there. We spent 500.00 US just on Cabs to take us to where we could get good food.

Top Local Tips for Manzanillo
Expensive travel from Resorts Very isolated, expensive transportation from Blue Bay Resort to Tenacatita town, Malaque, Manzanillo,etc.
Hiking Use the Jungle Tour to get to Tenacatita, snorkle at the aquarian, eat at one of the great beach restaurants, and hike back or arrange a boat pickup later in the day
Barra de Navidad taxi If you book a taxi into Barra de Navidad, take the whole day. Four hours is not enough time. Tell the taxi driver where to pick you up and when and agree on a price beforehand. Don't pay till you are dropped off back at the hotel. Our driver took us to Melaque first for a few hours and then he drove us around to Barra. We spent the afternoon browsing the shops and had dinner on the beach. He was waiting for us at the agreed upon spot when we returned.
