The hotel was very clean. Our trip was a 7 day stay. The kids had lots of fun. The staff was great with the kids. They loved the water park. I was a bit disappointed in the food. We tried almost everyday to get reservations to a restaurant for dinner. We never got reservations earlier than 9PM. They take reservations from the so called MEMBERS first, so you may have problems with this too. They advertise 5 restaurants, but they are never all opened at the same time. Make sure your kids arent' hungry from 9-10:30PM because there is nothing open at this time of the evening.
The ocean is very cold and rough. We never got in. I expected to go to Cabo and snorkle at Lovers Beach, but it was too cold and rough as well.
I do highly recommend if you want to take a fishing trip to book it with DM services. Tzuski helped us book it. Ask for the Dona Pos boat. Alex and Phillipe were great guides. We caught a 130#, 88 inch striped marlin.
Overall I can say, "We had fun! I've been there done that, but I don't care about going back!"

Top Local Tips for Los Cabos

don't pay too much If you can't find your shuttle don't pay more than $10 for a ride from another shuttle. They are just going to pocket the money.

Head's Up The hotel has a shuttle that runs 2 times a day and is only 20 round trip for two people. Taxi cab is 45 dollars one way. The Giggleing Marlin is a great place to go for dinner and fun in Cabo. We were there for my husbands birthday and they did all kinds of things for him, it was great and so was the food. San Jose Del Cabo is a nice area to walk around and shop. Cheaper then shopping in Cabo San Lucas. FYI:Cabo Wabo store has the same prices in both ares, but a bigger selection in Cabo it's self

Taking the urbano public bus. Taxis can get very expensive especially going from San Jose to San Lucas. The local public buses are very dependable and very inexpensive.
